Privacy Policy

This page explains what data MRKT Compass (the "Service", operated by 89σ Capital) collects, why, and how to remove it. Plain language, no legal padding.

What we collect

• Your Google profile basics when you sign in: email address, name, profile picture URL, and a Google account ID. This is required to authenticate you.
• Subscription state: your tier (trial / pro / admin) and your trial or subscription expiry date.
• Standard server logs: IP address, request timestamp, user agent. Retained for ~30 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

We do not collect: your trading positions, your broker, your real identity beyond what Google provides, payment card details (we don't process payments on this site), or any data from third-party trackers.

Why we collect it

• Authenticate you and keep you signed in across visits.
• Determine whether your trial or subscription is active.
• Prevent abuse (e.g. mass-trial farming).
• Diagnose errors and crashes.

Where it's stored

• Authentication and profile data: Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in Frankfurt, Germany.
• Application backend: a server hosted in Nuremberg, Germany.
• Static frontend: Cloudflare's global edge network.

Data does not leave the providers above and is not sold or shared with marketers.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly-functional cookies set by Supabase to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

You can:

• See what data we have about you — request via the email below.
• Delete your account and all associated data — request via the email below or sign out and revoke OAuth access in your Google account settings.
• Export your data — request via the email below.
• Withdraw consent at any time by signing out and revoking the OAuth connection.

EU/UK users have rights under GDPR to access, correct, delete, and port their data. We respond to requests within 30 days.

Third-party services

Sign-in is performed by Google. When you click Continue with Google, you agree to Google's terms and Google's privacy policy. We only request the minimum profile information needed to identify you.

Children

MRKT Compass is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

If we materially change this policy we will update the "last updated" date above and notify active users by email.
