Terms of Service

By using MRKT Compass (the "Service", operated by 89σ Capital) you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the Service.

What the Service does

MRKT Compass aggregates publicly-available macro, positioning, options, and rate data into a single per-pair score for major FX pairs, metals, oil, and equity indices. Scores are derived from quantitative models and are provided for informational purposes only.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You must use the Service only for lawful purposes and only for your own personal use unless you have an explicit commercial license from us.

Trial and subscriptions

• New users get a 7-day free trial of the full Service starting at first sign-in.
• After the trial ends, access requires an active paid subscription.
• Subscriptions are granted manually for early users (contact us via Discord). Future plans may include automated billing.
• We may revoke access at any time for terms violations, abuse, or non-payment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or republish data or scores from the Service.
• Scrape the Service or automate access in ways that bypass authentication.
• Share your account with others. Each subscription is for a single user.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the proprietary models.
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.

Data accuracy

We make best effort to keep data current and models calibrated. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Source data comes from third parties (CFTC, FRED, exchanges, etc.) and may be delayed, revised, or wrong.

No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 89σ Capital, its operators and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new "last updated" date and active users will be notified by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the operator's home jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
